SpendWais is designed around a simple promise: understand your spending without giving us your bank login.
User-controlled uploads
You choose what screenshots, receipts, or statements to upload. Avoid uploading unnecessary personal information when possible.
Local-first screenshot processing
Where possible, SpendWais processes screenshots locally in your browser. Features that save history, sync across devices, or require advanced analysis may use secure server-side processing.
Encryption and secure transfer
SpendWais should be served over HTTPS. Uploads and account traffic should be transmitted through encrypted connections. Production storage should use access controls and encryption where supported by your hosting provider.
Access controls
Users should only access their own account data. Admin access, if enabled, should be limited to authorized personnel and used only for support, debugging, legal compliance, or security purposes.
Delete anytime
Users should be able to delete uploaded files and request account deletion. Deleted data may take reasonable time to disappear from backups or logs.
