- Usage information such as pages visited, device type, browser type, and basic diagnostics.
- Support messages you send to us.
2. Bank credentials and sensitive financial access
SpendWais does not ask for your bank username, password, OTP, PIN, card number, CVV, or online banking security answers. You decide what screenshot, receipt, or statement information to upload.
3. How we process uploads
SpendWais may use OCR, categorization, and AI-assisted analysis to turn uploaded financial screenshots or statements into a more readable spending summary.
Where possible, screenshots are processed locally in your browser. Some features may require secure server-side processing to generate insights, save history, or support your account.
4. How we use information
- To analyze spending and generate summaries, categories, charts, and insights.
- To provide account access, subscription features, and customer support.
- To improve accuracy, usability, security, and reliability.
- To detect abuse, prevent fraud, and protect the service.

You may request deletion of your account, uploaded files, and associated analysis data. Some records may be retained where required for security, billing, legal compliance, or dispute resolution.

8. Children’s privacy
SpendWais is not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.
